In order to see the demo you need to download the following de-compressor
in your temp directory and double click on the file tscc.exe. You may need
system privileges to install the program.
The demo shows how to design a controller for a discrete-time LTI system
which satisfies both time and frequency performance specifications given
directly through a graphic user interface based on Matlab.
